Youll analyze routes negotiate fees coordinate with related groups and ensure timely deliveries. How Youll Make an Impact
Build loads configure trucks and create bills of lading for maximum daily shipment content.
Coordinate predelivery activities with Marketing and customers.
Confirm shipto addresses and manage customer offsite unload coordination.
Implement improvements in the overall shipping work process flow.
Provide and request information from supply management and transportation specialists.
Conduct analyses participate in negotiations and prepare related documents.
Evaluate suppliers vendors and transportation providers for quality and compliance.
Strive for continuous improvement in cost quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Background
2 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
Understanding of supply management and transportation matters.
Bachelors Degree in business or related field plus 2 years of experience.
Associates Degree in business or related field and 4 years of experience.
High School Diploma and 6 years of experience.
