- Drives the understanding of patient experience insights across the brand and field team and develops the patient journey to focus the brand team on delivering patientcentric strategies including CLM engagement and personalization within the companys code of conduct company policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborates with brand team members and field team members facilitates stakeholder discussions (with healthcare professional (HCP) and nonHCP stakeholders) and synthesizes insights to identify target segments to determine brand positioning coordinate close loop marketing engagement and customization and populate the Brand Plan Insights Chapter.
- Secure the insights and views of stakeholders from diverse domains to develop a robust and accurate patient journey; proposes strategic goals for brand team review based on patient experience findings and challenges and critiques brand team strategies to ensure patient focus.
- Ensures that all functional results are compatible with the brand and communicates emotional messages aligned with the brand story.
- Guides the design and implementation of all marketing activities and includes innovative marketing tactics traditional and nontraditional partnerships multichannel opportunities and multistakeholder initiatives to meet the brands strategic objectives.
- Ensures all materials strategies and tactics in the field are aligned to drive strategic brand objectives.
- Coordinates the development of marketing contributions to the Strategic Brand Plan reinforces the 1year tactical brand plan and coordinates the preparation of the longterm plan to drive brand success.
- Develops leads and trains direct reports (as applicable) estimates monitors brand key performance indicators (KPIs) manages brands budget and P&L (as applicable) tracks ROI metrics for all activities marketing to meet or exceed brand plan objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Relevant experience with proven track record of success in marketing within biotech/ pharmaceutical industry on multiple brands and within multiple team constellations
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable and realistic marketing actions
- Ability to lead motivate and coordinate cross functional teams
- Proven experience in leading managing and training for individuals and teams alongside with talent management and performance experience
- Good knowledge of medical environment
- Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing principles and techniques including digital knowledge
- Strong knowledge on finance principles and processes
- Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
