Job Description
Leading digital transformation in plant
1. Digitization Strategy Setup and Realization
Analyze digital maturity set strategic goals based on industry trends.
Foster a digital culture provide training to enhance digital skills ensuring employee engagement.
Plan the implementation of digital tools and systems.
2. Digital Process Design & Implementation
Design and implement automation IoT and other digital solutions to optimize production.
3. DataDriven Process Improvement
Collect data identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Use machine learning for realtime monitoring and defect detection.
4. Automation & Robotics
Collaborate with engineers to design automation systems and improve efficiency.
5. Industry 4.0 & Smart Factory Initiatives 4.0
4.0ARIoTDrive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies like AR and IoT to enhance smart factory operations.
6. Plant and Process Simulation & Virtual Commissioning
Use simulation software for virtual commissioning and testing.
7. Collaboration & CrossFunctional Support
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive project implementation.
8. Continuous Improvement
Combine lean principles with digitalization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
9. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain documentation for digital systems and report project progress regularly.
Qualifications :
1. Education Background
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Manufacturing IT or related fields.
Certifications in digital transformation Industry 4.0 automation etc. are a plus.4.0
2. Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation production automation or system implementation in manufacturing.5
Experience in crossfunctional project management and driving digital project implementation.
3. Technical Skills
Familiar with automation IoT digital twins data analytics etc.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and system integration (CAD/CAM MES ERP).4.0CAD/CAMMESERP
4. Leadership & Collaboration Skills
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive digital project .
Strong collaboration skills to drive successful project implementation.
