Job Description:
- Consolidation and validation of Payroll inputs for Variable pay Time and attendance Exits Overtime Incentives Shift allowances etc.
- Detailed understanding of Payroll processes from Hire to Exit.
- Understanding the implications of each of the Pay heads with respect to Income Tax provident fund and ESI and adhering to the compliance of the statutory laws concerning the salaries.
- Liaison with stake holder and handling payroll query
- Variance analysis and reconciliation salary registers with inputs.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs and other payroll transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records for providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Preparation of payroll dashboards and MIS reports
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of the payroll function Statutory laws and taxes.
- Understanding of Pay structure.
- Diligence & Detailing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel.
- Proficient with payroll software.
Education and Experience:
- Three to five years of related experience required.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree
Additional Information :
- Must have experience of handling India Payroll with a headcount 1000 Plus with exposure to Income Tax Rules Labour Laws PF Rules & Labour laws.
- Should be proficient in Ms. Excel.
