Talent Acquisition Program Manager
This is a contract opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity (U.S. only).
About this Position
Are you passionate about process improvement and building a strong compliant hiring experience Were looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Program Manager to support our clients Technology Experience and Enablement team. In this role youll help build and execute highimpact recruiting programs that drive efficiency ensure compliance and enhance the candidate and recruiter experience. If youre an organized analytical problemsolver with a passion for talent strategy this could be the perfect fit for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead compliance initiatives ensuring hiring practices align with legal standards (EEO ADA GDPR).
- Develop and implement scalable processes to reduce compliance risk in recruitment.
- Partner with HR Compliance and Legal teams to deliver ongoing guidance to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Coordinate training tools materials meetings and communications across the TA team.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Skills/Requirements
- Strong project management skills with an eye for process improvement.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition compliance topics (EEO ADA GDPR etc..
- Ability to audit analyze and report on recruitmentrelated data.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Legal HR and Operations.

Pay Range:
$60$70/hour
