Support the development and refinement of the M&A strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct market research industry analysis and financial evaluations of potential targets.
Assist in due diligence negotiations and postmerger integration efforts to maximize synergies.
Develop investment proposals financial models and valuation analyses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants throughout the M&A lifecycle.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
Ensure alignment of M&A activities with strategic business objectives and KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics Finance Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar roles within large organizations including 4 years in managerial positions.
Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the power/energy and water sectors with awareness of emerging trends and key players.
Skills:
Strategic thinking problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution expertise.
Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and ability to lead multicultural teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Qatar and GCC culture and working environments.
