Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Lead to oversee the integration of various systems including SAP ATTP SAP ICH Tracelink Matflow CPI and other related systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integration technologies and methodologies particularly within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. This role requires strong leadership skills technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful system integration.
1. System Integration Planning: Develop and implement integration strategies for SAP ATTP SAP ICH Tracelink Matflow CPI and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
2. Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather integration requirements identify dependencies and define integration interfaces and protocols.
3. Integration Architecture Design: Design scalable and robust integration architectures that support realtime data exchange batch processing and error handling mechanisms.
4. Integration Development: Oversee the development and customization of integration interfaces APIs middleware and connectors to facilitate data exchange between systems.
5. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute integration test plans to validate data integrity system functionality and performance across integrated systems.
6. Deployment and Support: Coordinate the deployment of integration solutions into production environments and provide ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
7. Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation including integration design documents technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on integration best practices and procedures.

Qualifications Experience and Certifications:
1.
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related field. Masters degree preferred.
2.
Experience:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT integration roles with a focus on SAP ATTP SAP ICH Tracelink Matflow CPI or similar systems.
2. Strong understanding of integration technologies such as ETL (Extract Transform Load) APIs web services middleware and messaging protocols.
3. Proficiency in SAP integration tools such as SAP PI/PO SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SAP Gateway.
4. Experience with pharmaceutical serialization and trackandtrace systems is highly desirable.
5. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Certifications: Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g. SAP certifications ITIL TOGAF) are a plus.
