Job Description

We are seeking a peoplefocused detailoriented HR Specialist to support our human resources operations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage in a wide range of HR functions gaining handson experience and contributing to the success of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engaging with and supporting employees a strong commitment to accuracy in every facet of HR a few years of relevant experience and a formal educational background in a related field. This role requires excellent organizational skills the ability to maintain confidentiality and a customerservice mindset to support employees across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Employee Records: Ensure that all personnel files HR databases and employee information are kept accurate uptodate and in compliance with company policies.
  • Process HR Documentation: Ensure new hire paperwork and other HRrelated documents (assessments promotions profit sharing etc. are handled timely and accurately.
  • Foster Engagement and Retention: Support employee engagement and retention efforts by helping with surveys feedback collection and followup. Assist in planning employee and community events.
  • Support Recruitment and Onboarding: Source candidates on ad hoc basis. Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires assist in facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees and preparation of new hire paperwork ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate Benefits Data: Liaise with the team to provide necessary data track employee leaves and answer basic benefitsrelated queries.
  • Enforce Compliance: Stay aware of relevant labor laws and assist in ensuring that the company remains compliant.
  • Assist in DaytoDay HR Tasks and Projects: Respond promptly to employee inquiries help organize training sessions and maintain a productive HR environment free of administrative issues. Assist in various HR projects as assigned.


Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 24 years of professional experience in an HR capacity with demonstrated attention to detail and a focus on employee support.


Desired Skills

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and HRIS system.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to handle data and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining clear and empathetic communication.
  • TeamOriented Attitude: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and maintain a positive workplace environment.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Project Management: Experience in leading projects and processes successfully through the full lifecycle (design develop implement) and delivering impactful results.
