Amazon is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to join the Health and Personal Care team. Responsibilities include driving growth by developing multiyear strategies sustaining strategic relationships managing negotiations and category profitability developing marketing plans and monitoring/reacting to industry trends. You will have full P&L responsibility for driving the top and bottom line of the P&L.

You will work with vendors of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels of these organizations. The right candidates will be flexible action and results oriented have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with computer databases and tools. He or she must have a proven track record in taking ownership driving results and moving with speed to implement ideas in a fastpaced environment.

Evaluates products and services to continually drive quality of customer experience
Aggregates and escalates industry trends; ensures team prioritizes customer obsession
Identifies opportunities to differentiate our customer experience from the competition
Strategy
Develops and implements action plans based on deepdive analysis of product line metrics
Provides recommendation on business opportunities and longterm strategy for multiple subcategories
Vendor Management
Expands current vendor selection and secures new brand selection
Focuses on strategic holdout or challenging vendors to increase selection
Drives strategic negotiations to deliver top and bottomline category growth
Builds longterm relationships by creating value opportunities for growth customer acquisition and brandbuilding for multiple vendors
Increases vendor participation through deep knowledge of program opportunities
Business Operations
Dives deep into inputs and understands the downstream impact of changes to pricing selection and convenience for multiple categories.
Owns the Retail P&L for multiple categories; develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvement for the business
Audits all elements of multiple category businesses
Identifies areas that need vendor attention and directs team to address issues; acts as escalation point helping team and vendor(s) resolve conflicts
Creates longterm category solutions that automate or simplify category processes
Works with internal technical crosscategory and tech teams to drive multisystem process changes

The US Consumables Vendor Management team manages the relationships with top vendors in the Beauty Grocery Health and Personal Care and Baby space for the US. We work with our external and internal stakeholders too add value to our customers and grow a sustainable business in the space. Consumables continues to be the growth engine for Amazon Retail. 5 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
Bachelors degree
Experience driving internal crossteam collaboration

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
