Job Description
We areSystems LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment.Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.
This is a role within Systems Manufacturing and Production group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) correctly read and interpret shop orders for correct paint color and options and (ii) utilize airless and/or conventional spray equipment for application of paints lacquers or enamels to metal surface where medium quality finish is required; ensure work assignments pass process checks and final inspection.
Job Responsibilities:
Correctly read and interpret shop orders for correct paint color and options
Utilize airless and/or conventional spray equipment for application of paints lacquers or enamels to metal surface where medium quality finish is required; ensure work assignments pass process checks and final inspection
Maintain and keep equipment and area in a safe clean condition and working order
Utilize automated or manual monorail for moving product in and out of paint booth
Clean and maintain on a daily basis equipment used in the paint booth
Utilize hoist cranes and lift tables
Prepare surfaces for painting as required by cleaning or other methods as required
Comply with all company environmental policy
May do masking and twotoning and operate drying equipment
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Groups and Systems reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
No minimum education required
No prior experience required
Must adhere to all safety rules and requirements including proper use and fit of respirators and other personal protective equipment. This may include maintaining a cleanshaven face at all times due to OSHA regulations
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
Ability to stand walk and sit up
Ability to use hand to finger handle and feel
Ability to climb and balance
Ability to stoop kneel bend crouch and crawl
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to see talk and hear
The payfor this position is $17.04$24.07 an hour; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or experience. In addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefit
