Job Summary: Performs varied administrative and clerical tasks to support the operations of the Human Resources Department.
Principal Responsibilities
o Preemployment and onboarding activities for paraprofessionals including background checks Social Security verifications reference checks scheduling physicals and ensuring completion of employment forms such as I9 forms W2 etc.
o Verify information related to employees credentials through various sources: Criminal History Record Report Home Care Registry
o Prepare and mail termination letters
o Prepare employment verification letters and/or complete verification of employment form requested by workers
o Check personal & business references verify certificates of Certified Aides
o Create new hire personnel/medical files
o Enters training applicants data into system timely and accurately
o Ensures all recruitment files are completed accurately and timely
o Works with recruiters filling classes as a team
Salary Range: $24 $25 per hour commensurate with experience.
