Job Description

Location: Orange CA
Position Type: FullTime Senior Leadership
Reports To: Governing Body & Medical Director

Were looking for an experienced Surgical Center Administrator to oversee daily operations lead a highperforming team and ensure surgical efficiency and regulatory excellence in our outpatient surgery center. If you thrive in a fastpaced healthcare setting and love solving complex operational challenges this is your chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling & Staffing Youll spend 25 of your time on this responsibility.

  • Ensure daily surgical and staff schedules are fully covered
  • Manage per diem staffing anesthesiologists and lastminute gaps
  • Reduce turnover times and improve patient throughput
  • Communicate effectively with surgeons staff and vendors

2. Leadership & Team Development Youll spend 25 of your time on this responsibility.

  • Be the visible leader supporting operating room flow and team morale
  • Lead hiring onboarding and annual evaluations
  • Address staff needs and maintain a culture of high standards
  • Host monthly staff meetings and drive compliance

3. Administrative & Compliance Oversight Youll spend 50 of your time on this responsibility

  • Maintain credentials licensing and compliance files
  • Oversee contracts for medical equipment HVAC oxygen etc.
  • Manage payroll and time cards for hourly and salaried staff
  • Ensure regulatory training is completed and documented

Qualifications

  • 3 years in healthcare or surgical center management
  • Knowledge of compliance payroll insurance verification and billing
  • Strong leadership communication and team management skills
  • Bachelors degree required; Healthcare Admin or Business preferred

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: $120000.00 $135000.00 per year
