About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and resultsdriven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team in Dublin. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create salesqualified opportunities by showcasing how our solutions can benefit clients.
- Actively source new leads using innovative tools and outreach strategies.
- Qualify prospects and collaborate with Account Executives to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.
- Engage potential clients across various channels including phone email and LinkedIn.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for sales and business development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a B2B/BDR (SaaS) environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
- Positive mindset adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
