Job Description
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team for openings on our day and night shifts. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on complex highprecision machined components. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce parts that meet our exacting standards and specifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up operating and maintaining CNC machines (lathes mills etc..
- Reading and interpreting complex blueprints engineering drawings and work orders.
- Inspecting machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers calipers gauges) to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Troubleshooting and resolving machining problems.
- Performing routine machine maintenance.
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Producing highquality parts efficiently and within specified tolerances.
- Working collaboratively with other machinists engineers and quality control personnel.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a CNC Machinist machining complex highprecision components.
- Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints engineering drawings and work orders.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers calipers gauges etc..
- Solid understanding of machining principles techniques and tooling.
- Ability to set up operate and troubleshoot CNC machines (lathes mills etc..
- Knowledge of Gcode programming.
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing highquality parts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain high attendance standards.
- Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions.
