We are looking for a proactive and relationshipdriven Client Success Manager to join our growing team in Barcelona. In this role youll act as the main point of contact for our Spanishspeaking clients ensuring their needs are met and their experience with our products or services is smooth impactful and valuedriven.

Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of Spanishspeaking clients
Act as a trusted advisor understanding client goals and aligning them with our solutions
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover from Sales
Proactively monitor account health and performance addressing any risks or opportunities
Conduct regular checkins performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support Product) to deliver a seamless client experience
Identify upsell or crosssell opportunities and support client renewals
Advocate for clients internally and help shape product improvements based on feedback
Track and report on client success metrics satisfaction scores and engagement levels
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficient in English (B2 level)
2 years of experience in a Customer Success Account Management or similar clientfacing role
Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Techsavvy and comfortable with CRM and customer engagement tools
Positive proactive attitude and a team player
