Are you ready for a rewarding opportunity We are seeking an ambitious software engineering professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to take ownership of hard problems and drive to a solution while working in a team environment. This role is for a candidate who is selfmotivated and demonstrates a positive approach strong work ethic and ownership for their work.
Technical responsibilities include:
- Develop software products within all phases of the software lifecycle.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and implement functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing code for performance and efficiency.
- Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications including system architecture and design specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software technologies especially in relation to complex systems.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BS in Computer Science Software Engineering or other technical field or equivalent education and work experience
- Demonstrated programming experience in C/C.
- Excellent communication interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Proven success in a fastpaced development environment and possess a willingness to take ownership accept accountability and thrive under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to design develop document test and debug simulation software and systems that contain logical and mathematical solutions
- Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Proven track record of building relationships fostering collaboration and working crossfunctionally with multidisciplinary teams.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance prior to the start of employment.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
- Flexibility to support occasional overtime weekend work shift work and site travel (CONUS)
- Due to U.S. Government contract requirements only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Software Change Control Change Management and CI/CD tools such as: Atlassian tool suite GitHub GitLab AND/OR Jenkins.
- Familiar with Agile/SAFe (Scrum Master Product Owner Release Train Engineer e.g.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize across concurrent program and functional responsibilities.
- Current DOD Secret clearance that has been granted or renewed in the last 5 years.
Salary Range: $70600 $88300
Please note: The actual compensation rate is subject to the evaluation of the following factors (but not limited to): the candidates work experience qualifications skills internal equity and market.

Must complywith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials in any form. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
