ERS delivers assurance and advisory services through audits and risk assessments leveraging data analytics to identify trends detect anomalies and drive improvements. As an intern you will play a key role in a datadriven risk monitoring initiative contributing to continuous auditing efforts that strengthen risk management across the organization. About the Role:
DaVitas ERS team is seeking a summer intern (hybrid role 2 days in office) who is detailoriented and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a desire to develop expertise in datadriven problem solving. This internship is a great opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Data Analytics Business Finance Accounting Statistics or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Support & Automation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and anomalies.
- Assist in automating data processes and reporting workflows using SQL Excel and other tools.
- Contribute to building scalable data solutions to automate manual tasks.
Research & Reporting:
- Conduct research on business risks controls and audit methodologies to support datadriven projects.
- Create visualizations and reports using Tableau to communicate findings clearly.
- Contribute to writing and editing final reports for clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work with supervisors and team members to improve processes and suggest enhancements.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualities for Success:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail especially with complex datasets.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal.
- Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing (or have obtained) a Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics Business Finance Accounting Statistics or a related field.
- 3.0 GPA preferred.

Salary/ Wage Range
$18.50$27.00 / hourCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
