Digital Ads Specialist (Remote Canada)
FLX FullTime 2 Years Experience Required
FLX is a fastgrowing digital marketing company focused on delivering performancedriven advertising for automotive dealerships across Canada and the USA. Were known for exceeding industry benchmarks and building smart strategic ad systems that scale. Were now looking for a Digital Ads Specialist to join our advertising team and take the wheel on client accounts.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for auto dealership clients.
- Build monitor and adjust digital advertising strategies across Search Display Video Shopping and/or App campaigns.
- Analyze performance data using Google Analytics 4 and deliver actionable insights.
- Set up and maintain proper conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
- Work with other FLX team members to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Occasionally hop on a client call to share insights and strategy recommendations.
Take full ownership of your accounts strategy and reporting.
What You Bring:
- 2 years of handson experience managing paid ad accounts especially Google and Facebook Ads (Required).
- Automotive experience is a nice bonus but not required.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager.
- Youre comfortable with advertising strategy and understand how to shift tactics when performance demands it.
- Google Ads certifications (Search Display Video Shopping App) current and valid.
- BING Ads experience is a nice bonus but not required.
- Clear communicator you can explain results to a team or a client without fluff.
- Selfstarter mindset you take initiative and dont wait to be told what to do.
