Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Patent and/or Trademark docketing for US and NonUS jurisdiction
- Docket & DeDocket deadlines in IPMS along with uploading & linking of relevant documents in the respective matter
- Ensuring correct bibliographic information is updated generating correct reminders so that the paralegals/attorneys are timely informed about actions due
- Identify key information in the client provided data; as per clients instructions enter it in the IPMS correctly
- Review patent and/or trademarks prosecution related documents (US & NonUS) received via shared mailbox as per the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Process allocated work as per client requirements and as per work instructions
- Report and describe docketing related queries to manager or client (if needed)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related role
- Knowledge of filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO PCT and other major jurisdictions
- Prior experience of working on Anaqua/Pattsy Wave platform would be an added advantage
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to perform role smoothly without missing deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
