Job Description
Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist
Location: Coos Bay OR
Hourly Pay: $25.00 to $40.00 (dependent on experience)
Schedule: Evening Shift 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM 40 hours/week
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for a fulltime evening shift role. Nestled along the scenic Pacific Northwest coastline this is an opportunity to grow your career while enjoying worldclass hiking beaches and outdoor adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as scrub tech before during and after procedures
- Maintain sterile field and prep instruments/equipment for procedures
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and managing sterile supplies
- Handle medications drainage systems sutures/staples and specimens
- Support patient transport postop and help clean/reset O.R.
- Rotate in oncall schedule for nights weekends and holidays (must live within 20 minutes of hospital)
Requirements:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Able to function in highpressure and emergency situations
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English
- Reliable punctual and adaptable to rotating call needs
