Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and implementation of business tools for revenue planning sales territory planning quota deployment and sales rewards distribution. As a Senior Product Manager you will work extensively with sales deal desk legal and finance teams to understand business requirements and work with engineers to build systems on 1P (Amazon Systems) and 3P (Salesforce) technology stacks . You will be responsible for identifying and discovering customer problems defining business strategy defining product vision building the product roadmap writing detailed requirements evangelizing the product within the organization managing executive stakeholders and launching product to target users. You will constantly need to make tradeoffs to balance between large forward thinking initiatives and smaller incremental value adds.
Key job responsibilities Define business strategy and product vision by authoring PRFAQs and vision documents. Build product roadmaps. Author business requirements documents. Evangelize the product within the organization. Manage executive stakeholders including Directors and Senior Managers of business sales marketing finance legal and engineering teams. Launching product to target users and create training content. Make complex trade off decisions. Work with engineering teams to build features on third party and firs party amazon systems.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
5 years of product management experience. 5 years experience of working directly with engineering teams.
Experience working on B2B business processes/strategy. Knowledge of B2B sales lifecycle and deal management processes.
