Job Description
Responsibilities
Peraton is hiring a Lead Associate Software Engineer (SWE) to support the governments Processing and Analytic Capabilities Office initiatives including a large High Performance Computing (HPC)related program. These programs are cutting edge and include everything from HPC test planning and architecture design and prototyping and vendor outreach and collaboration support.
The SWE will perform use case development requirements collection and produce documentation to support architecture development design testing and documentation of software at the component level. The SWE will also be responsible for collaborating with government leadership at the cryptologic centers and will provide and implement recommendations teams in reference to software capabilities.
To increase the chance of selection candidates with the following skills/experience are highly preferred:
- Database experience with both relational (SQL) and graph databases; experience working with APIs to interface with databases
- Python development
- Use Case Development/Requirements Documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications.
- Position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Required Education / Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven 7 years of software engineering experience OR
- High School Diploma or GED plus Eleven 11 years of software engineering experience.
