We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivatedLitigation/Disputes Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Geneva. The successful candidate will support our bilingual French/English litigation teams in managing complex legal cases and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative and organisational support to the litigation and/or international arbitration legal teams on (often complex and international) mandates.
  • Assist lawyers in the filing of submissions to the Swiss courts and/or international arbitral tribunals including document formatting cite checking proof reading preparation of electronic and hardcopy documents and bundles.
  • Use and promote specialist IT tools especially for file management and legal submissions.
  • Assist lawyers in preparing for trials and hearings including regarding trial documents and all logistical arrangements.
  • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
  • Organise and maintain case files and document management systems.
  • Support the team in managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with court and procedural requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the litigation/disputes teams.

Your profile
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience (ideally at least three years) as a paralegal legal assistant jurist or clerk in a litigation or disputes environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (businesslevel German would be a real advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; impeccable organisational skills mand a strong ability to prioitise.
  • Responsive proactive with a strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities; able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fastpaced environment.
  • Competent and confident ITuser with demonstrated proficiency in using document management systems and exhibit management software (ideally ExhibitManager).
  • Bachelors degree in Law or a related field or relevant Paralegal qualification is preferred.
