What you will do:
We are seeking a highenergy metricsdriven Site Manager to oversee Lockbox operations in Pittsburgh PA. This role is ideal for leaders from fastpaced environments who excel at managing highvolume workflows meeting SLAs and optimizing staffing.
No prior Lockbox experience No problemwell train you! Were looking for leaders with a strong aptitude for process management problemsolving and team motivation to ensure efficiency accuracy and compliance in our financial transaction processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management
Lead and optimize a highvolume processing operation ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and quality metrics.
Manage workflows staffing and machine utilization to support a 24hour operational schedule.
Use realtime metrics and reporting to drive performance improvements and meet production targets.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage a team in a fastpaced environment ensuring productivity and employee engagement.
Train coach and mentor employees to meet performance expectations.
Optimize staffing models including weekend shifts to align with volume demands.
Create a supportive resultsdriven work culture that promotes accountability and teamwork.
ProblemSolving & Client Interaction
Identify and resolve operational challenges using datadriven decisionmaking.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes.
Address and resolve performance gaps bottlenecks and process inefficiencies.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure all processing activities comply with industry regulations and security standards.
Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
What Were Looking For:
Experience leading teams in highvolume fastpaced environments
Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive operational success
Experience managing schedules SLAs and efficiency targets.
Comfortable with standing walking and engaging in handson management throughout the day.
Quick learner with a strong aptitude for picking up new processes and technologies.
