Job Description
Experience:
Experience in substituting school aged children from Kindergarten to High School; K12. Familiarity with instructional tools including technology.
Education:
High School diplomas or High School Equivalency (HSE).
Must obtain a Substitute Teaching License from the New Mexico Public Education Department.
Mandatory Knowledge Skills Abilities and Other Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Specific vision is a requirement in these job duties including distance and peripheral vision and depth perception capabilities. (do they need documentation)
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and to meet deadlines.
- Must have or able to obtain First Aid/CPR certification and a Navajo Nation food handlers permit.
- Must pass federal background check required per 25 C.F.R. Part 63.
