40Summary:
The Payroll Coordinator reporting to the Payroll Processing Supervisor compiles post and maintains employee time and payroll data into the Time and Attendance and Payroll systems. Responsibilities include verification balancing and auditing time and payroll records for compliance with System pay practices and state and federal requirements. Also responsible for answering payroll related calls/correspondences from employees.
Qualifications:
High School education required. Associates degree preferred.
Requires 23 years payroll processing experience.
Healthcare payroll processing experience preferred.
Workday payroll system knowledge and Kronos Workforce Central knowledge is desired.
Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve make decisions and maintain confidentiality.
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
Certification/Licensure:
FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) Preferred
