Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Removing used plates glasses cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Wiping up water spills food stains and dirt from tables
- Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones
- Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners
- Refilling paper napkins salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table
- Refilling drinking glasses with water
- Sweep and keep floors clean
- Take food out to tables
- Empties trash cans.
- Accommodate servers with helping at their request
- Maintain bussing stations
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other jobrelated duties as assigned.
Abilities Required
- Ability to meet all scheduling and availability requirements.
- Ability to understand English at a sufficient level to receive and perform basic job assignments and instructions.
- Ability to work nights weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Selfstarting personality with an even disposition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
- Must be willing to pitchin and help co workers with their job duties and be a team player.
- Ability to grasp lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. on a continuous schedule.
- Adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures particularly regarding key controls lifting heavy objects using chemicals and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
