SSM Health Day Institute at Arnold is seeking a dynamic fulltime Center Manager PT OT or SLP to join our amazing team!!
SSM Health Day Institute is seeking a Therapist to work in our specialized outpatient rehabilitation program. We have ten centers across the St. Louis Metro area serving individuals recovering from a traumatic injury or illness who no longer require 24hour nursing or acute rehabilitative care. We take a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to build skills and maximize independence. Responsibilities
- Provides the daily management and supervision of services at assigned clinic location.
- Maintains a reduced patient care caseload while responsible for the leadership of the clinic.
- Serves as rehabilitation specialist and staff mentor.
- Facilitates team dynamics and stateoftheart facility functions.
- Will be involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.
- Responsible for staff management and financial management of the outpatient clinic.
- Identify key indicators and impact them.
- Communicates with Market Manager on an ongoing basis providing updates on patient care budget achievement staffing issues and performance appraisals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathologyrequired.
- If SLP: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American speechLanguage & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience required.
- Current and valid clinical licensure as a Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist required.
- A minimumof two years supervisory or management experience in a RehabilitationOutpatient Clinic setting required.
- CardioPulmonaryResuscitation (CPR) certification
