We are looking for a
Product Owner (m/f/d) Voicebot
for our team at the locations Berlin Amsterdam or Heerenveen to develop the next generation of fintech.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Define and execute the longterm roadmap for the VoiceBot ensuring alignment with customer service strategies and business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends in conversational AI automation and natural language processing (NLP) to drive innovation.
- Oversee the design deployment and optimization of VoiceBot capabilities to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Continuously analyze and enhance AIdriven features to improve contextual understanding intent recognition and conversational accuracy.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units IT customer service and AI development teams ensuring that VoiceBot capabilities meet business needs.
- Ensure seamless integration of the VoiceBot with existing communication channels (voice chat messaging apps) and backend enterprise systems (e.g. Phoenix Confluence).
- Implement quality assurance processes including testing monitoring and realtime VoiceBot tuning to ensure high reliability and accuracy.
What you bring:
- Experience in defining and implementing a longterm vision for AIdriven customer interactions.
- Successfully bridged IT Operations and Customer Service teams.
- Handson experience with intent recognition NLP models and AIdriven dialogue optimization.
- Proven track record in integrating VoiceBots with CRMs communication tools and enterprise platforms.
- Ability to identify performance gaps diagnose system issues and implement AIdriven solutions.
- Strong ability to translate technical AI concepts into business impact insights.
