Job Description
The UPS Store Alamo Heights is seeking a Parttime Center Associate to join our familyowned business. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $13.00 $14.00 per hour and is located in Alamo Heights TX.
As a Center Associate you will provide exceptional customer service attending to the business needs of our clients and ensuring a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include shipping packing receiving packages printing managing mailboxes and offering other business solutions. We are looking for a candidate with a friendly and helpful demeanor strong computer skills the ability to work well in a team thrive in a fastpaced environment be selfdirected in daily tasks and bring previous retail sales experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers outstanding customer service to walkin customers and telephone inquiries.
- Advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products services and bestvalue options.
- Takes ownership of the customersneeds and offers viable solutions.
- Operates all equipment software and devices in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Maintains a clean organized and safe working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent verbal skills both by phone and in person
- Ability to complete general math and grammatical functions
- Be notary eligible (felony free and have a valid Texas ID)
- Prompt reliable and responsible
- Able to lift 40 pounds
- Willing and able to work 1525 hours per week within a 7 day work week
