About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director Customer Experience the Managed Services Specialist serves as a subject matter expert (SME) in U.S. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) with a specialized focus on electronic billing and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). This role is instrumental in driving the successful implementation of EVV and billing workflows supporting both internal teams and customerfacing initiatives.

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model expecting employees to have a regular inoffice presence at their closest office location while offering flexibility for some remote work. The preferred candidate location for this role is Toronto Canada with some travel required.
