Overview
Millimans Indianapolis Health Practice is looking for a Healthcare Policy Consulting Intern who is a current law student and has an interest in state Medicaid public policy and regulatory analysis to serve as a paid fulltime intern. This position provides excellent opportunities for professional development and growth in state and national health policy issues. There is potential for additional terms in addition to the opportunity to convert to fulltime employment upon graduation. This position provides excellent opportunities for professional development and advancement. The Team
The Indianapolis Health Practice is strategically structured to serve state Medicaid agencies and other health and human services agencies. The policy team provides strategy and program design support for our state agency clients in close collaboration with professionals from other teams to best serve each of our clients unique needs. You will work in a matrix environment learning from seasoned consultants and gaining exposure to projects across a range of states and agency types. As a member of this team you will observe how we provide comprehensive consulting services which span from many different disciplines and backgrounds including actuarial policy finance pharmacy and data management all working together for a common goal to best serve our clients needs.
Location
The person hired for this role will work in a dynamic hybrid environment with 2 to 3 days per week of onsite work required in our Indianapolis office on a weekly basis.
