Job Description
Custom machine learning chips are at the heart of our Trainium machine learning instances and we invite you to build them with us!
As an Interconnect Productization Lead you will be responsible for ensuring the correct operation and scalability of PCIe and other Interconnects used in our custom machine learning chips. You will work with architecture IP owners DV software and signal integrity teams to productize the latest interconnect technology in both presilicon and postsilicon.
Key job responsibilities
* Gain a deep understanding of SoC architecture and interconnects.
* Work with architecture design DV SIPI and SW teams to verify and integrate interconnect functionality and performance.
* Build verification environments for both presilicon and postsilicon.
* Drive robust and stable high speed interface configurations in the data center.
Proficiency in PCIe Memory(HBM DDR) and other Interconnects.
5 YoE in developing silicon SW/HW codesign and presilicon environments.
Experience in postsilicon debugging/bringup of high speed interfaces.
Proficiency in SoC architecture.
Proficiency in programming lowlevel programming and scripting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $143300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $247600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
