Position Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Accounting Intern to join our team for a 10week summer internship. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience in accounting and exposure to broader business operations. Youll work closely with our Accounting Manager on core financial tasks and also support other backoffice teams gaining insight into how a fastpaced highgrowth company runs behind the scenes. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to collaborate with our team in person 2/3 days in our Austin TX office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and reconciliation of accounting records
- Support the monthend close process and help maintain accurate financial records
- Help track and organize vendor invoices expense reports and receipts
- Prepare and update spreadsheets and internal reporting
- Assist with documenting accounting and operational processes
- Collaborate with other departments such as Finance People Ops and Legal to support crossfunctional tasks and special projects
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and learning new systems
- Curious reliable and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range
$20/hr
