Provides skilled nursing services to patients and employees under the direction of professional registered nurse. Supports the ongoing operations of the medical clinic with scheduling appointments preparing and maintaining clinic records for patients and employees corresponds scheduling information with the units physicians Safety Department and acts as the liaison between offsite consultants concerning scheduled appointments procedures and obtaining reports. Must be able to collect data from AVATAR and other sources and enter data into Excel databases. Supports patient vaccination programs.The preferred and appointed candidate will be subject to preemployment random postaccident reasonable suspicion returntoduty and followup drug and/or alcohol testing.To be considered for this position you must:

Possession of a certificate from a practical nursing education program accepted for licensure by the Michigan Board of Nursing.
