Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative & Scheduler

About Us:
Kenneys Pest Control is a trusted provider of pest management services dedicated to keeping our community safe and pestfree. As we continue to grow we are looking for a detailoriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative & Scheduler to join our team. This is an entrylevel position ideal for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and supporting daily operations. The position may also offer the opportunity to assist in marketing efforts working with the marketing director to support our outreach.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone email and online channels providing accurate and timely information about our services.
  • Scheduling: Manage customer appointments including coordinating schedules with technicians and confirming bookings.
  • Data Entry & Office Support: Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in our system.
  • General Office Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as mailings filing answering emails and organizing customer information.
  • Marketing Support (Optional): Assist the marketing director with various tasks such as social media updates content creation and basic marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement and brand visibility.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive Gmail).
  • Familiarity with mainstream desktop and mobile applications.
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Interest in marketing and social media is a plus.
  • Previous office or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
