Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate in training programs to learn about company products sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Shadow experienced sales representatives to understand the full sales cycle.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating new leads.
- Support the team in preparing presentations proposals and sales materials.
- Conduct outbound calls and followup communications under supervision.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Attend team meetings product briefings and professional development sessions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn take initiative and grow professionally.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
