This position is located in the Insurance Fraud Division.

Job Purpose
The Insurance Fraud Division is a unit within the South Carolina Department of Insurance that investigates and prosecutes insurance fraud cases referred to the Department and coordinates the Departments fraud enforcement policy. Under general supervision of the Insurance Fraud Division Director this prosecutor position is responsible for prosecution of insurance fraud cases brought on behalf of the State of South Carolina.

Experience in insurance law and/or criminal court experience working in a Solicitors office Public Defenders office or similar agency is preferred.
