Ketjen Corporation a wholly owned subsidiary of Albemarle Corporation is seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative. The position will be based out of the Clear Lake Office located in Houston Texas.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative with strong project management capabilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex customer service projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills a customerfocused mindset and the ability to lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee customer service projects (opportunities) from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status updates and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and best practices.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior customer service representatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field.
Minimum of 35 years of experience in customer service with a focus on project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
