Who we are looking for:
Slate is looking for an energetic organized and experienced Solutions Architect Corporate Functions to join our growing team. The Solutions Architect plays a crucial role in aligning an organizations strategic vision with its operational . The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to address complex business problems. The ideal candidate will bring experience with common business processes strong collaboration skills and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
What you get to do:
- Designing and Integrating Systems: Architecting and integrating information systems to meet the companys needs.
- Gather and Analyze Integration Requirements: Work with stakeholders to gather document and analyze integration requirements.
- Assessing Current Systems: Evaluating existing systems architecture and working with technical staff to recommend improvements.
- ProblemSolving: Resolving technical issues as they arise and ensuring the architecture aligns with business goals.
- Stakeholder Communication: Informing stakeholders about any issues with current technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create detailed integration requirements documents functional specifications and business and data process flows.
- Model Creation: Develop detailed business models and technical architectures that align with the organizations strategy and objectives.
- Project Management: Provide input to project planning and to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
What you bring to the team:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in identifying creating and implementing complex technical architecture software applications systems and other IT infrastructure in the automotive industry specifically for Corporate functions (HR Finance Supply Chain etc. Aftersales and Warranty.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering product and business teams to align architecture with strategic objectives.
- High level of familiarity with diagramming tools and techniques and a good understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Indepth understanding of coding languages operating systems and databases.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- High energy selfmotivated mindset.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
