Description

Join our team as a Faculty III Vice President where youll lead and develop impactful training programs for senior bankers working with affluent clients. Leverage your expertise in learning facilitation and development to drive strategic business goals and enhance employee performance across diverse topics.

As a Faculty III Vice President within the Talent and Employee Experience organization you will play a pivotal role in delivering and developing training programs that support various business units including manageriallevel content. Reporting to the Learning Manager or Learning Director you will execute JPMC Learning strategies by facilitating engaging learning experiences for both new hires and incumbent employees across diverse topics. Additionally you will collaborate with clients stakeholders and other learning professionals to develop and deploy training programs using advanced learning methodologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a distinguished and accomplished facilitator capable of coaching seniorlevel audiences and demonstrating strategic thought leadership.
  • Enhance employee skills performance productivity and quality of work through assessments observations and coaching.
  • Support priority business initiatives by partnering with senior business stakeholders subject matter experts and other learning professionals to design effective training solutions with measurable impact to business results.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of line of business job roles environment goals culture key players policies/procedures and regulations.
  • Ensure consistency in the learning process by adhering to controls and standard operating procedures.
  • Facilitate highquality engaging learning experiences by applying adult learning theory across various modalities.
  • Coach newtorole and developinrole employees with clear concise interactive and engaging content.
  • Create a conducive learning environment and ensure the availability of necessary tools and resources.
  • Assess participants understanding of course content and adapt to audiences learning needs.
  • Manage rosters communications administrative tasks and logistical support for onsite and virtual training events.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • 5 years of experience in learning development facilitation assessment performance consulting and support.
  • Proven success in managing multiple programs/projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment adjusting to multiple demands shifting priorities and rapid change with composure.
  • Strong work ethic reliability commitment productivity cooperation selfdiscipline accountability and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative team player effective in virtual team environments.
  • Strong written and communication skills capable of interacting with employees at all levels of seniority.
  • Superior analytical and decisionmaking skills with innovative thinking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel Adobe and Zoom.
  • Experience with content development software and tools (e.g. Articulate 360 Camtasia Photoshop Illustrator Vyond).
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in business financial services HR L&D education or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Experience supporting or working with affluent client segments.
  • Familiarity with distance training technologies such as WebEx and Adobe Connect.
