CNC Machinist Precision Manufacturing

An established precision manufacturing company located in the greater Indianapolis area is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its growing team. This fulltime opportunity offers the chance to work in a clean wellequipped environment producing hightolerance components for a specialized industry.
About the RoleIn this handson role youll set up and operate CNC lathes or mills to produce complex parts to tight specifications. Were looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship has a solid understanding of machining practices and is comfortable with a variety of control systems.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Set up and run CNC machinery to manufacture highprecision parts
- Read engineering drawings and use GD&T to ensure accurate production
- Use inspection tools such as micrometers calipers and bore gages
- Adjust machine offsets perform tool changes and make minor program edits
- Monitor machining processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Perform first article and inprocess inspections
- Contribute to a clean organized and safe work environment
Who You Are:
- 3 years of CNC machining experience in a precision environment preferred.
- Proficient with lathes and/or mills and control systems.
- Skilled at reading complex blueprints and using precision inspection tools
- Dependable detailoriented and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Familiar with AS9100 standards (a plus)
- Willing to work flexible shifts or occasional overtime
