The Manager Talent Management plays a pivotal role in shaping how talent is developed engaged and retained across a designated business unit. Responsibilities:
Lead the design and of talent management strategies that drive employee growth engagement and retention across the assigned business unit.
Facilitate enterprise and local talent planning processesincluding talent assessments 9box reviews and succession discussionsto identify key talent and mitigate organizational risk.
Partner with People Partners and business leaders to create individualized development plans and career paths aligned to business priorities and capability needs.
Monitor talent health using datadriven insights (e.g. retention trends bench strength performance outcomes) and recommend targeted forwardlooking interventions.
Facilitate development discussions and talent calibration sessions that surface diverse talent and align with our culture and values.
Lead crossfunctional projects that advance performance management employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Evaluate the impact of talent initiatives leveraging HR analytics and continuous feedback to refine and improve programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR functions with a focus on performance succession or development.
Strong consulting and facilitation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
Comfort with HR data and analytics; able to distill insights and communicate them effectively.
Proficiency in HR systems (Workday preferred) and familiarity with enterprise talent practices.
A passion for shaping culture developing talent and living out the DRIVE values.
