Job Description
Job Title: CRNA
Location: Virginia Beach Virginia Area
Position Overview:
A private practice anesthesia group in the Virginia Beach Virginia area is recruiting CRNAs to join their practice at a Level I Trauma Center. This position offers a diverse range of cases including regional OB vascular neuro orthopedics and healthy pediatrics along with breadandbutter procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary of $220000.
- Full benefits package including paid malpractice 401k profit sharing HSA Fund Ed Fund Health & Dental Insurance Short & Long Term Disability.
- 27 days off and 6 paid holidays.
- $50000 signon bonus and $20000 retention bonus after 3 years.
- Opportunity for voluntary overtime with earnings potential of $350K yearly.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible shifts 8s 10s 12s).
- Rare weekend call or night shifts as these are covered by dedicated call and night CRNAs.
- Required to work two rotating holidays per year.
