Dentist
A Dentist is needed in West Plains Missouri.
West Plains is a welcoming community in the heart of the Ozarks offering a strong sense of smalltown pride quality schools and affordable property values. This role is with a missiondriven community health center providing highdemand dental care to children and families across multiple rural counties.
Salary and Benefits
- $140000 base salary for new graduates (higher for experienced dentists)

- 4day or 5day workweek options available
Responsibilities
- Fulltime outpatient role with the option to work 4 or 5 days/week
- Provide comprehensive dental care to children from birth to age 17
- Occasional care for existing adult patients (no new adult patients)
- Average of 16 patients per day breadandbutter dentistry
- Weekly rotation to satellite clinic in Thayer MO 1 day/week)
- Services include exams fillings extractions crowns some root canals (no implants)
- Work alongside 2 other fulltime dentists and a team of hygienists
- No call responsibilities
- EMR system used for documentation
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active or eligible dental license in Missouri
- New graduates welcome to apply
