As a Sr. Program Manager for North America Flex Business Optimization Strategy and Scaling (BOSS) you will own strategy and initiatives around improving the cost and quality of Flex Delivery. To achieve your goals you will work with functions that cut across the organization; including technology operations and marketing. A successful BOSS Sr. Program Manager will work to improve the onroad experience of hundreds of thousands of DPs through data analysis deep diving of barriers and pain points and implementing thoughtful and effective standards. These improvements must also be balanced with the needs of the business and take key operational metrics into consideration. Effective stakeholder management skills are needed in order to effectively balance these competing priorities and deliver effective solutions on behalf of our customers and DPs.
Key job responsibilities
Own the road map for improving Flex business metrics.
Work closely with finance marketing capacity management data science engineering and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and effective prioritization.
Make difficult resource tradeoffs and align Director and seniorlevel leadership on inputs outputs and priorities.
Own key performance indicators and work closely with the business to understand day to day opportunities and pain points in order to implement short term and long term solves.
Monitor project and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate level of quality and in line with its target date.
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight schedule environment
5 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
5 years of owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
