MA DESE Licensure in Biotechnology 914 (Chapter 74 or ability to obtain within 1 year2. Bachelors degree or higher in/or related to the field of Biotechnology.3. Three years of fulltime working experience in Biotechnology4. Evidence of mastery of a wide variety of vocational/technical teacher competencies and the understanding of instructional techniques.5. Strong background in laboratory techniques6. Evidence of recent teaching experience in Biotechnology or a related field.7. Competent in computer applications8. SEI EndorsementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1. OSHA Trainer2. Understanding of Biotechnology manufacturing requirements3. Demonstrated experience supporting students with special needs4.
