Key Responsibilities:
Delivertroubleshoot and clean HVACrentalequipment and related products including but not limited to aircooled and watercooled systems up to 1000 tons and Hot water boilers up to 200 hp.
Maintain service and install rental systems
Maintain accurate field service reports including refrigerant tracking and timekeeping logs
Regular use of power tools hand tools and other mechanical equipment to service and repair rental systems as needed
Operate equipment vehicles including forklifts
Load and unload trucks
Communicate professionally with coworkers subcontractors and customers
Perform other duties to support the business as needed including inventory count general maintenance cleaning lifting and organizing
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- EPA 608 Universal license.
- 4 years of experience in Commercial HVAC including servicing troubleshooting and cleaning heating and cooling equipment.
- 2 years of experience with aircooled or watercooled chillers.
- 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC Rentals experience
- Forklift Certification or the ability to obtain one
