Job Overview:
Our DoortoDoor Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of doortodoor sales representatives overseeing the daily operations and performance of the team. The Supervisor will be responsible for setting goals monitoring sales activity providing training and coaching and ensuring compliance with company standards. This role requires strong leadership communication and motivational skills to drive team success and achieve company sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit train and mentor doortodoor sales representatives.
Manage daily weekly and monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations to improve team results.
Foster a positive energetic and goaloriented team environment.
Sales Strategy & :
Implement doortodoor sales strategies to maximize sales and meet company targets.
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of sales efforts adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to align doortodoor activities with overall company goals.
Work with marketing to ensure sales reps have the materials and support necessary for their routes.
Performance Management:
Track daily sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Motivate and hold team members accountable for their sales performance.
Address performance issues promptly and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee the scheduling and route planning for doortodoor sales reps.
Ensure team members adhere to company policies and sales protocols.
Maintain uptodate records of team performance leads and sales activity.
Report sales results and operational updates to the Sales Operations Manager.
Customer Relations:
Serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns or issues encountered by the sales team.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in doortodoor sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in a sales environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and motivational skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $50000.00 $55000.00 per year
