- Implement and support client software solutions including upgrades patches and troubleshooting.
- Develop and run test plans scripts and project documentation.
- Participate in discovery sessions and influence solutions based on industry best practices.
- Function as a team member taking direction from seniorlevel consultants as well as maintain a working knowledge to mentor others.
- Maintain accurate reporting of assignments and project activities including resources assignments scope activities issues and time worked.
What Were Looking ForRequired:- Reside in the Washington D.C. area including Maryland or Virginia.
- 25 years of system administration experience or a BA/BS in Information Systems
- 2 years of experience with Hyland OnBase
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Oracle Windows OS and Office Suite
- Familiarity with server/client infrastructure web servers databases and imaging software
- Willingness to travel 25 to customer sites in the DC area
Preferred:- Other experience with Hyland Suite ortools like ABBYY FlexiCapture/Vantage
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML VBScript or JavaScript)
- Background in direct client support including software deployment and troubleshooting
- Experience installing and maintaining enterprise software environments
- Approved Federal security clearance
